Ife Kuku has become the fifth person to get the boot from the Big Brother 2010 house after losing out to Corin and Mario in the latest eviction.
The 25-year-old dancer – who had been nominated for eviction for the first time – received 56.5 per cent of the public vote. She had been the bookies’ favourite to leave.
Corin had also been facing eviction for the first time although Mario was nominated for the second time after being chosen by original nominee Caoimhe, who won this week’s Save and Replace task.
Ife took news of her defeat well, smiling through the announcement even though the crowd outside could be heard chanting ‘get Ife out’.
The housemates however looked shocked at the news, especially Mario who had been up against her for eviction.
They all said their goodbyes before shouting “we love you Ife” as she made her way up the stairs to the exit.
Afterwards she admitted that it was odd watching highlights of her time in the house.
“When you’re in there it feels like a year when it’s actually a minute,” she said. “Then you see all that and you think ‘oh I remember that'”.
