The News Of The World reports that the 24-year-old – who was crowned series winner on Friday ahead of fellow housemate Mikey – has said she can’t wait to strip off to raise money for charity.
“I’m definitely posing naked,” she told the paper. “It will be done tastefully in black and white. I love to strip off and wear bikinis.”
And she hit back at claims from the other housemates that she was dull – particularly Rex‘s jibe that he would “swap her for Scrabble”.
“It did affect me. But this is who I am. It never made me think of leaving the house.”
“Maybe I am boring, but the fact I was in the final was a big boost.”
Meanwhile, Channel 4 revealed that 5.3m viewers tuned in to Friday’s final, a figure only slightly lower than last year’s 5.4m, but considerably less than the 10m who tuned in in 2001 to see Brian Dowling win the second series.
“We’re pleased with its performance. It’s among our highest rating programmes,” a spokesman said.
However the Mirror reports that insiders are disappointed with the figures, and are speculating that the series could be facing the axe.
“We’ve done everything we can to try to lift the figures this year, and it hasn’t worked,” a source tol the paper. Then we had the winner we were all dreading.”
“Rachel’s a nice girl but the public just aren’t bothered any more.”
