Jade Goody has said she is not ’embarrassed or ashamed’ about having her battle with cancer filmed for a reality TV show.

The 27-year-old married her fiance Jack Tweed in a lavish, star-studded ceremony on Sunday.

She told OK! magazine she was ‘ready to go to heaven’ after tying the knot and having the ‘happiest day of her life’.

She also said she was no longer scared of dying and didn’t bear any grudges, adding: “You just don’t have room to hate any more, not when you don’t have long left to live.”

The former Big Brother star, whose cervical cancer has spread to her liver, groin and bowel, has been given just weeks to live.

Jade sold the picture and TV rights to her wedding ceremony for nearly £1 million, and has been open about wanting to exploit media interest in her battle with cancer to make as much money as possible for her sons Bobby, five, and Freddie, four, from her previous relationship with TV presenter Jeff Brazier.

“I’m not embarrassed or ashamed of what I have done,” she told OK! magazine. “I’ve got no grudges any more. When you’re going through something like this, there’s just no point.

“I bet if Jordan was in my position even she would stop hating the people she hates.”

Speaking to OK! a few days before the wedding, Jade also said: “I’m not scared of dying any more.

“I’ll have had the happiest day of my life, so I’ll be ready to go to heaven.”
