Danielle Marr has been named as the second Celebrity Big Brother housemate who will face the first public vote.

The Dublin Wives star was chosen by Louie Spence, Lauren Harries and Sophie Anderton as part of their ‘cult of celebrity’ task.

US teen bride Courtney Stodden and 5ive singer Abz Breen were also shortlisted as potential candidates for the vote.

Danielle will join former football manager Ron Atkinson, who was nominated by the trio on Friday night.

A third housemate will be chosen for the public vote on Monday – with the first contestant evicted during Wednesday’s live show.

Both Ron and Danielle have been led to believe they have been chosen by viewers to face the public vote, rather than their fellow housemates.

Ron later confessed to fellow housemate Bruce Jones that he was already regretting his decision to take part in the series, adding: “I’d be quite happy to pack my bags and go. I now know this ain’t my scene.”

Bruce, however, told him he ‘fit in well’ with the other housemates.

Geordie Shore’s Charlotte Crosby remains the bookies’ favourite to win the series.
