Stephen Baldwin and Sisqo have become the latest two people to leave Celebrity Big Brother in the second double eviction of the series.

First to leave was actor Baldwin, who received 50 per cent of the public vote, while rapper Sisqo scored 29 per cent of the votes. Socialite Ivana Trump, who was also nominated, escaped eviction.

Baldwin appeared to take news of his departure in his stride, despite chanting of ‘get Stephen out’ from the crowd outside before his name was announced.

And despite exiting to a largely negative reaction he was very forthcoming in his eviction interview, saying it was “faith” that had kept him in the house.

“The horrible people who make this show, they really try to break you down psychologically,” he said.

“But let’s just say I did my best to be a representation of God the Almighty Father in Heaven and just for me that was important.”

“I learned a lot about myself and my faith through interacting with these other people. And it absolutely almost killed me.”

Sisqo, meanwhile, leapt up when he was revealed to be the second evictee of the night, and left the house to a far more positive response than Baldwin.

Afterwards he said he admitted winning the show would have been difficult despite saying he wanted to be series champion.

“Everybody wants to win,” he said, “Nobody really says it too often, so I let it be known I wanted to win.”

“If I was in the house it would have been tough anyway with Vinnie being a national hero, but in or out I had a blast and I’m glad to have been a part of it.”

Two more of the seven remaining housemates will be given the boot in a surprise double eviction on Wednesday night.
