Tana Ramsay has become the fourth celebrity to get the boot from Dancing On Ice 2010, following Sunday’s 70s themed show.

The wife of chef Gordon Ramsay came a cropper after finding herself in the bottom two for the first time, alongside Coronation Street star Danny Young.

And after both had reprised their routines once again, the panel voted unanimously to save Young.

“It looked nice and it was fun,” Nicky Slater said of Ramsay’s routine to the Abba classic Waterloo, “but you’re not strong enough to stay in the competition.”

Afterwards Ramsay praised Torvill and Dean as well as her skating partner Stuart Widdall and said she had had a “fantastic time” taking part in the show.

“I’m going to miss skating with Stuart and working with everyone who has been so supportive,” she added. “I’m exhausted!”

Although Ramsay had finished near the bottom of the judges’ scoreboard earlier in the show she had also been praised by the panel for her skating.

“It was a big step up from last week,” Nicky Slater told her.

Ten celebrities now remain in the competition, with Hayley Tamaddon, Kieron Richardson, Gary Lucy and Danniella Westbrook among those who sailed through to next week following the public vote.

Dr Hilary Jones and actress Emily Atack also made it through despite finishing at the bottom of the judges’ scoreboard.
