Emmerdale star Matthew Wolfenden is the favourite to win Sunday night’s Dancing On Ice final ahead of fellow contestants Jorgie Porter and Chico, according to the bookies.
Ladbrokes are offering odds of 4-7 on the 30-year-old being crowned series champion on Sunday, with Hollyoaks star Jorgie next favourite at 2-1 and Chico the 6-1 outsider.
The final will see each of the trio perform a spectacular routine which they have helped to choreograph and style.
Matthew’s performance will include the use of a rain machine as he skates to Gene Kelly’s Singin’ In The Rain, while Jorgie will be performing to Irene Cara’s Fame and Chico will skate to the Happy Days theme in a Fonzie-inspired routine.
They will also reprise their favourite routines from the series, with Matthew and partner Nina Ulanova once again performing to Queen’s Don’t Stop Me Now, Jorgie and Matt Evers reprising their performance to Alicia Keys’ Fallin’, and Chico and Jodeyne Higgins skating to LMFAO’s Sexy And I Know It.
The two stars who make it through to the next stage of the final – with Chico the favourite for elimination in the first round – will have their chance to perform their version of Torvill and Dean’s classic Bolero – as the finalists in previous series have done.
The other celebrities who took part in the series will also return to the ice during the show.
Matthew is the only finalist who has not faced a skate-off during the series, with Chico having twice survived the bottom two and Jorgie having her first fight for survival during last week’s semi-final – eventually being saved by the judges over Jennifer Ellison.
If he does triumph he will follow in the footsteps of another former Emmerdale star, Hayley Tamaddon, who lifted the trophy in 2010.
The final begins at 6.50pm on Sunday on ITV1.
