The first crop of celebrities taking part in this year’s Dancing on Ice live tour have been revealed.
Fans of the ITV show will be delighted to hear that past winners Kyran Bracken and Suzanne Shaw will be returning to the ice alongside this year’s crowd-pleaser Todd Carty for the five-week tour, which kicks off in Sheffield on April 2.
Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean will help coach the stars for the event, which celebrates the 25th anniversary of the pair winning gold for their Bolero routine at the 1984 Olympics.
The show’s judges Karen Barber, Nicky Slater, Ruthie Henshall and Robin Cousins will be giving their verdict on the performances.
Acid-tongued judge Jason Gardiner will not be taking part but a special guest judge will join the panel at each tour date.
Andi Peters hosts the tour, which takes in Nottingham, London, Manchester, Newcastle and Birmingham and ends in Belfast on May 3.
Audience members will be able to text vote for their favourite skaters, with all profits going to charity. The winning couple will perform in the finale.
More celebrity skaters will be announced soon. Meanwhile, tickets can be purchased via www.dancingonicetour.co.uk
