Scottish TV star Graham Crowden dies, aged 87

Actor Graham Crowden, best known for his roles in BBC series A Very Peculiar Practice and Waiting for God, has died aged 87, his agent has confirmed.
Actor Graham Crowden, best known for his roles in BBC series A Very Peculiar Practice and Waiting for God, has died aged 87, his agent has confirmed.
The Edinburgh actor, who has worked in British radio, TV and film, including the stage production of The Player King, a villainous role in Doctor Who opposite Tom Baker, as well as a guest appearance in Midsomer Murders.
Graham also starred in the BBC Radio 4 sci-fi comedy Nebulous as Sir Ronald Rolands, the 2007 movie Calendar Girls and made his final TV appearance in 2008 as Sir John Sackville in Foyle's War.
Graham's agent Sue Grantley said: "He was a lovely, lovely man. We will all miss him enormously."
