Danny Dyer is guest-starring in an episode of Casualty.
The 34-year-old Cockney actor - star of Brit flicks including Human Traffic, and known for his presenting work in Danny Dyer's Deadliest Men and I Believe in UFOs - will play a new paramedic in the medical drama.
Former glamour model Abi Titmuss makes a guest appearance in the same episode as Danny, playing the relative of a victim in the Saturday night show.
Several extras playing youths on the show have tweeted about working with Danny and 'what a nice guy' he is.
Casualty, set in the fictional town of Holby, has recently moved from Bristol, where it began filming in 1986, to Cardiff.
Danny appears in one of the first episodes filmed in the Welsh capital, which will screen in early February.
