Catherine Tate has landed a showy role in an expensive Hollywood movie.
The comic actress has been cast in a new adaptation of Gulliver's Travels, co-starring with Jack Black, and said she 'can't believe it', reports The Sun.
"It's a big, kick-off Hollywood film," said the 40-year-old former Doctor Who star.
Catherine, who looks set to play the Queen of Lilliput, will star opposite Black, who's playing Lemuel Gulliver.
Young Victoria star Emily Blunt is also thought to have bagged a part in the comedy, although it's not known who she will play.
The movie, to be directed by Rob Letterman, is due to arrive in cinemas in 2010.
