Iconic Doctor Who props up for auction

Doctor Who fans are being given the chance to buy props from the show, including a Cyberman suit and the waitress costume Kylie Minogue wore in the BBC One series.

An Imperial Dalek - thought to be worth between £5,000-7,000 - is also going on sale, along with the tuxedo David Tennant wore in the 2007 Christmas special. A TARDIS will also feature in the auction.

The BBC told The Mirror that the main purpose of the auction is to 'help finance future series'.

From each £15 catalogue sold - which gives two fans admission to the event - £5 will be donated to Children in Need.

The sale will be held at Bonhams in London from February 21-24.
