Juliet is betrayed by an old friend

An exclusive dating agency is holding a romantic event at Babylon, and Juliet is delighted to bump into her old friend, Karen. With romance in mind, Sam decides to take his relationship with Juliet up a notch and invites her to Hawaii - but Juliet is struggling to get their troubled past out of her head.

Unsure about what to do, Juliet confides in Karen. But it soon transpires that Karen isn't the friend she makes out and when she bitterly reveals an explosive secret about Juliet to Sam, Juliet and Sam's relationship takes a nosedive...

Meanwhile, Tony is called into the hotel on his night off to help a regular guest with a major problem. But it's not the guest who ends up in trouble with the police - it's Tony, who finds himself facing serious charges and could lose everything.

Later, Gino finds the manuscript for an erotic novel, in which paper-thin pseudonyms have been used for members of staff. Gino is certain the author carries a torch for him - but he gets a nasty surprise when their identity is revealed...

Elsewhere, Ben decides to give goofy receptionist Mel a makeover. With a little help from James and Tanya, Ben transforms Mel into a beautiful and sophisticated woman.
