Fay Ripley: 'We would all do a Cold Feet reunion'

Fay Ripley has sparked rumours of a Cold Feet reunion by saying all the cast would love to make another series.

But the actress added they would only get back together if the script was good enough.

"There was a scare when it was on the news that there was going to be a reunion," she told the Guardian. "Everybody panicked because none of us had got the call. Out of that came a conversation saying we would all do it.

"But it's not about us, it's about the writer. None of us wants to do
it if it's going to be rubbish, and that needs the writer and creator, Mike Bullen - who now lives in Australia - to want to do it.

"The problem is that the longer we leave it, the older we get. I tell you, I am getting to a surgeon so fast if there is a reunion show."

Fay is about to play an alcoholic in comedy drama Monday Monday, which premieres on July 13 on ITV1.
