Max is made the official acting head of marketing and his first course of action is to hire former Wimbledon doubles finalist, Nathan Wright (Benidorm's Nicholas Burns) to promote a new healthy food range. Natasha's appalled by this plan because the tennis-star is her brother and beneath her glossy exterior she's harbouring a deep resentment towards him...
Company head, Roger, is perturbed to discover someone's posting a blog using his name in order to spread office gossip.
Feathers are ruffled in the department when a new identity card system is launched preventing them from skiving - until Vince, Sally, Tom and Natasha come up with a plan to beat the system, which they're convinced is foolproof. It isn't.
Max regrets boasting of his tennis skills when Vince suggests he plays Nathan for charity. Natasha is still furious with her brother for ruining her chances of becoming a tennis star by lying to their parents when they were teens. Natasha and Max hatch a plan to get rid of Nathan and they go drinking to celebrate. They end up in bed together but they haven't done the deed! They end up confessing their secret reasons for wanting to get rid of Nathan.
When Sally finds out that Nathan is desperate for work, Max and Natasha come up with a new plan to get him the marketing job back. Brother and sister put the past behind them, Natasha gets the PA job to Vince's disgust and we find out that Jenny is the author of Roger's blog!
