Primeval to get live Twitter feed

ITV is to integrate a live Twitter feed with the screening of the first episode of the new series of Primeval.

Fans who use Twitter will be able to see each others' comments on the show and take part in a conversation.

In another first for Primeval, seven minutes of episode one will be shown on ITV's website two days before its first screening.

The website www.itv.com/primeval has the Twitter feed, video featuring the cast and creatures, character biographies, behind the scenes clips and a competition.

Primeval returns to ITV1 for a third series on Saturday March 28 at 7.20pm.
