Countless anomalies engulf the world

Chaos grips the city when an escaped T-Rex begins rampaging and killing innocent people. The ARC team are deployed, and Matt is the first to find the dinosaur. He manages to kill it, but the news reports are now out in the open.
Meanwhile, Connor convinces Philip there’s a problem with his machine so that he can buy some more time, but Connor can’t keep up the charade for long, and Philip tweaks his machine and gets going with his plans.
Jess watches in horror as the world suddenly becomes engulfed by anomalies. Out of the blue, prehistoric creatures seem to be appearing everywhere. Lester jumps in and lends a hand to Jess as she tries to co-ordinate teams to shut them down.
Connor heads for Philip’s machine, but Philip’s anticipated that Connor would try to thwart him so he activates his back-up plan. The giant anomaly is created, and a helpless Connor accidentally falls in. Although Abby tries to run after him, it’s too late. He’s gone.
Suddenly, as quickly as they appeared, the anomalies vanish. But Lester and Jess aren’t sure whether that’s going to spell good news or not.
