The end looks nigh for ARC

After Connor fell into the anomaly, everyone is in a state of shock. Matt, determined to save his comrade, is told by Philip that no one is to go into the anomaly under any circumstances, but he doesn’t listen. He goes in to try and find Connor.

Matt finds himself in a strange – but familiar – land. He finds Connor in a bad way, but Matt knows how to evade the terrifying futuristic creatures that call this world home. Matt tells Connor that everyone in this world is dead, and that it was New Dawn that destroyed the land.

Rescuing Connor and getting him back through the anomaly, it’s clear that the vortex has become too powerful. Connor says that the only way they can try to stop it is by merging it with the prototype anomaly.

Taking his life in his hands, Matt decides that he’ll close the anomaly by driving into the anomaly with the prototype loaded onto his truck. He manages to close it, and walks free. But just when he thinks it’s all over, he comes face to face with a clone of himself.
