Naomi leads the revolution

Naomi thinks she has the world worked out, and puts people in their appropriate boxes: there is her hippy mum; the adoration from Emily; Cook's insulting misogyny; and her politics teacher Kieron's flattery. She thinks she has them all sussed, and that it's only her who can see the truth. However, the upcoming student elections leave her at a loss, and her insecurities get the better of her. The trust and confidence inspired by a friend encourages her to stand up to her arch rival, the antithesis of everything she stands for, as her and Cook go head to head.

Meanwhile, Emily decides to confess her growing feelings for Naomi and the pair share a passionate kiss, leaving Naomi more confused than ever. Naomi tries to avoid Emily and runs into the nearest classroom when she sees her. As she is hiding, the teachers enter to count the ballots from the student elections. Desperate for the conscientious Naomi to beat Cook they come up with a plan to swing the vote in their favour and one of the teachers hides votes marked for Cook in her bra.

Naomi is disgusted by the corruption and dirty tactics and reveals the truth in front of the whole year. When the students find out the result was fixed mayhem breaks out and the college is overrun. To make matters worse, Naomi's mum has turned the house into a hippy commune. With her home full of strangers and sixth form reduced to anarchy, Naomi is about to have the week of her life...
