20/07/2011 - 10:12

Richard Armitage has spilled the beans on his new role, as a dwarf in The Hobbit.
The 39-year-old Spooks star has decamped to New Zealand for 18 months to play Thorin Oakenshield in Peter Jackson's film.
"I play king of the dwarves, so it's the first time I get to be smaller than other people," the 6ft 2in tall actor joked.
"It's going really well, they're doing a great adaptation of the novel, we're getting new actors every week signing up to play cameos.
"It's going to be awesome."
Richard was speaking at the world premiere of Captain America: The First Avenger, in Hollywood.
He plays Nazi spy Heinz Kruger in the movie, which also stars Chris Evans and fellow Brits Hayley Atwell and Dominic Cooper.
