The smelly stuff literally hits the fan in this series finale – and there's a real cliffhanger! Head Porter Jack Bell thinks there's gold buried in the cliffs beneath the hospital and is determined to find it. He starts digging in the bowels of the building with the help of porter Alun Morris. But Matron and administrator Jean McAteer are on to him. As they enter the basement to demand an explanation, though, Jack hits a sewage pipe, which explodes and covers them all in a stinking mess!...
