Will Lucy put her health before her hobby?
Sunday, 13 July 2008 19:00 ITV1

Ormerod visits Lucy Bayliss and her daughter Estelle, who have both been involved in a riding accident. But Lucy is reluctant to let him look at her injury, and is more concerned that Estelle could be out of action for six weeks, jeopardising her chances of making it into the Olympic riding team.
Lucy eventually agrees to an X-ray, and Ormerod breaks the news that she has a severe case of arthritis and won't be able to ride again. When Lucy flees the hospital and is found galloping through the moors, she tells Ormerod that she wanted to ride one last time. Ormerod is forced to take the reins and ride back to the stables himself.
Dr Banner's decided to stay in Australia, and Ormerod wants to offer his job to Dr Burnett but Jill thinks her friend Claire Massey would be perfect. Claire rejects Jill's kind offer, but when Ormerod later offers the post to Nick, he feels second best. Also, Nick comes to the aid of a course leader who has collapsed on the moors.
Alun feels put out when Eric Fogle is introduced as The Royal's new head porter. Eric ends up getting injured on his first day when he lights up a cigarette in the staff kitchen, not realising that Susie has left the gas on.
Romance is in the air at Lizzie's fondue party as Marian and Nick share a kiss, and Frankie finally admits to Stella that he fancies her - but she's nervous about starting a relationship. Will Stella learn to trust Frankie?
