The Blood Line

In a dramatic finale, Jack and Gwen attempt to reverse The Blessing phenomenon and make humans mortal again, something Gwen knows will be the end for her father back in Swansea. Together with child killer Oswald Danes, they launch a raid on the underground base in Shanghai where the giant 'Blessing' crack is hidden.
Simultaneously, Esther and Rex are in Buenos Aires for a raid at the other end of the crack, and they're armed with Jack's blood, which seems to be the secret to reversing the immortality phenomenon! But the Torchwood teams must deal with the sinister members of the 'three families' who are in China and Argentina waiting for them.
It's Oswald who saves the day just in time, by holding a family member hostage as Jack reverses the blessing by pouring his blood into the giant crack before the whole blessing complex gets blown up James Bond style!
