Tameka Empson will join Les Dennis, Susannah Constantine and Miles Jupp on the Sport Relief show

EastEnders actress Tameka Empson will be among a group of celebs “pushing themselves to the limit” for Sport Relief.

Tameka, who plays Kim Fox in the BBC1 soap, will join Les Dennis, Susannah Constantine and Miles Jupp in the hour long show called Famously Unfit… For Sport Relief, which will be shown on BBC2.

The four of them will be followed over 10 weeks as they row, swim and run as they try to get back their fitness with the ultimate aim of inspiring the great British public to get active.

At the end of their training, they will tackle “one of the UK’s hardest and most demanding physical challenges,” which will be an extremely tough obstacle course.

Helping Kim and co get fit will be former Olympian, world renowned sports scientist and physical activity expert Professor Greg Whyte and Dr Zoe Williams, presenter of BBC2’s Trust Me, I’m A Doctor.

Previously it was announced that Celebrity Boxing will also be part of Sport Relief, with ex-footballer Wayne Bridge taking on The Jump 2017 winner Spencer Matthews, while S Club singer Hannah Spearritt will head into the ring with Vanessa White from the Saturdays (pictured together below).
