As con-artist sisters, Alice Lowe and Dolly Wells supply off-the-cuff spark to this low-budget, semi-improvised British comedy.

They wind up impersonating a celebrated poetry duo, The Wilding Sisters, at a literary retreat in the Black Mountains after their attempted theft of a JCB goes awry.

Shot in just five days, the film doesn’t always sustain its comic momentum, but the stars provide enough heart and humour to keep us engaged.
