Real Madrid are looking to be the first team in the history of the Champions League (in its present format) to become back-to-back winners, but standing in their way are the mighty Juventus.

They will be battling out the final in Cardiff (kick-off 7.45pm), as Cristiano Ronaldo leads the Spanish team against a seemingly impenetrable Italian defence, with evergreen goalie Gianluigi ‘Gigi’ Buffon between the sticks.

At 39, there’s a strong chance this will be his last chance to grab the trophy, having twice been a losing finalist, so he will be looking to the Italian giants’ goal-scoring weapon Paulo Dybala to inflict damage on Real.
