To mark Countryfile turning 30 – and the 65th anniversary of the Queen’s coronation – the team have been given unprecedented access to three royal country estates: Windsor, Balmoral and Sandringham.

They begin at Windsor Castle, a 5,000-acre estate which has become an oasis where the Queen can embrace her love of farming and the countryside.

Matt Baker, Anita Rani, John Craven and Adam Henson all look at different aspects of rural life at Windsor, from the rare breeds of cattle and horses the Queen has saved to the conservation of the forests and modern innovations in sustainable energy.
