Gino D’Acampo continues his glorious journey along Italy’s coastline, and his first stop is the super-chic island of Capri. Arriving by speedboat, of course, he discovers the story of Italy’s famous after-dinner drink limoncello.
He also makes torta caprese, a cake of chocolate, pistachios and ground almonds.
Back on the mainland Gino visits the elegant town of Sorrento, where he learns about amarena cherries, a local speciality.
