TV chef Jamie Oliver’s going back to basics with his new food show, as he uses just five ingredients and some clever tricks and techniques to rustle up each mouth-watering dish in under 30 minutes.

On the menu tonight are sizzling seared scallops with black pudding and mashed potatoes with peas, an ‘epic’ rib-eye steak, an almond pastry puff and, our personal favourite, egg and mango chutney flatbreads – using only flour and yoghurt to make the bread!

This show proves once again that, if you want a nutritious meal that looks good and tastes even better knocked together in almost record time, then Jamie’s your man!
