Ben Stiller and friends return for their breezy third and last nocturnal caper.

The ancient Egyptian relic that’s been bringing the exhibits at New York’s Museum of Natural History and Washington DC’s Smithsonian to life is losing power and only a trip to London and the British Museum can keep the magic going.

Along with Stiller’s night watchman hero, Steve Coogan’s snooty Roman centurion, Owen Wilson’s cowboy, Ricky Gervais’ pompous museum director and Robin Williams’ President Teddy Roosevelt (one of the star’s final roles) also return.

Look out, too, for scene-stealingly hilarious new additions Dan Stevens as knight Sir Lancelot and Rebel Wilson as a museum guard.

Good fun, even if the plot’s little more than a rehash of the previous two movies.
