Harold wakes from his surgery to learn that the cancer has spread to his lymph nodes and the doctors recommend chemotherapy. To Lou and Susan’s dismay, Harold asks for time to think about it. It’s only when cancer survivor Steph urges him to make his decisions based on what he truly wants, rather than fear the consequences, that he changes his mind.

Meanwhile, the community rally round for Harold but Steph refuses to share their optimism and Toadie realises that it’s connected to her own experience of cancer. Steph admits that she still lives in fear of the cancer returning and worries that she’s wasted her third chance at life. When Toadie challenges her to make a change, Steph decides to sell the bar. And Paul surprises Rebecca by making an unexpected offer – he’ll finance Charlie’s if she runs it. Will job dissatisfaction lead her to make a deal with the devil?

Rachel and Ty are disappointed that their song hasn’t had more hits. Donna decides they need a film clip and roping the boys in as eye-candy helps to ease the tension between Zeke, Declan and Ringo. But when she puts the clip online without consulting the others, publicity-shy Rachel is not happy…
