As Heston returns for more feasts this week, the real-life Willy Wonka offers TV Times the perfect seasonal sweet
The hugely enjoyable C4 series Heston’s Feasts returns this week, with Heston Blumenthal paying homage to a rather unusual food hero – Willy Wonka!
"I loved reading Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate factory as a boy, so I’m using the book as inspiration for my first feast," explains the celebrated chef.
Creating a stunning Chocolate Waterfall with Wonka bars and edible rocks for celebrity diners including Ben Shepherd and singer Mica Paris, Heston suggests TV Times readers with a sweet tooth should try and make his perfect Millionaire's Shortbread… Just allow yourself plenty of time!
