Shudder is curated by world-class genre experts TIFF Midnight Madness programmer Colin Geddes and former Fangoria editor Sam Zimmerman and will also host regular guest curated seasons from respected genre filmmaking talent.

The service, which launched in 2015 in the US, offers new premieres and exclusives every month with a growing library ranging from hard-to-find international and independent films to cult grindhouse classics and Hollywood blockbusters.

Shudder offers a launch selection of 200+ titles, 80% percent of which are not currently available on any of the larger UK subscription-based streaming platforms (Amazon, Netflix and Sky Movies).

Exclusive premiere titles launching soon include DEAREST SISTER a politically-charged chiller from Laos’ first female filmmaker Mattie Do, which screened at BFI London Film Festival; and BEYOND THE WALLS, a classy French exclusive Shudder series starring Geraldine Chaplin.

Upcoming exclusive premiere titles also include Japanese film-ghoul face-off SADAKO VS KAYAKO, Rob Zombie’s carnival slasher 31, WE GO ON, a thought-provoking supernatural drama from writer-directing team Andy Milton and Jesse Holland, and a collection of films from the stable of genre master Alex de la Iglesia including his 2013 comedy horror WITCHING AND BITCHING.

In addition, Shudder hosts a library of genre gems including Donald Cammell’s WHITE OF THE EYE and Jorg Buttgereit’s NEKROMANTIK, alongside classics from the Hammer vaults and, for the first time on a streaming service, Clive Barker’s HELLRAISER & HELLRAISER 2.
