Introducing... Mr and Mrs Chiggy

After a whirlwind three-month romance Big Brother's Ziggy Lichman has reportedly proposed to his girlfriend, former housemate Chanelle Hayes.

The duo, who had a volatile on/off relationship during their stint in the Big Brother house have just enjoyed five days in Dubai - where Ziggy popped the question.

A source told Star magazine: "They're both really into each other and feel certain that this relationship is forever. They have realised for the first time they want to spend the rest of their lives together.

"They realise people will think they're rushing things but they want to prove that they're serious about this. Getting engaged was the natural step."

The pair were often seen falling out on the Channel 4 show, but the source admitted that Ziggy, 26, has got used to 19-year-old Chanelle's temper.

"He knows how to handle her moods swings now," they added. "He's quite a bit older than Chanelle, and after dating a lot of girls, he thinks it's time to settle down."
