Strictly's Brendan wants a new woman
Lock up your daughters! Strictly Come Dancing romeo Brendan Cole is on the lookout for a new dance partner.
The 31-year-old ladies' man is hunting for Britain's best amateur female dancer for new BBC1 show, I Wanna Dance With Somebody.
In the show, Brendan will audition scores of hopefuls each week before finding his perfect woman.
According to show insiders, Brendan and his chosen partner will indulge in 'vigorous practice sessions' before jetting out to St Petersburg, Florida, in June for an international pro-am dancing competition.
A pal of Brendan told The Sun: "He will take this search for a partner very seriously indeed.
"The fact that he has an eye for the ladies won't distract him from this important quest. OK, maybe that's pushing it a bit."
Indeed, Brendan, who was partnered with Kelly Brook in Strictly last year, has a reputation for being a womaniser.
He was dumped by fiancée Camilla Dallerup, 33, over rumours that he had a fling with newsreader Natasha Kaplinsky, 35, his partner on the first series of Strictly. They have always denied it.
I Wanna Dance With Somebody, produced by Fever Media, is due to air on BBC1 in the autumn.
