Big Brother: Rex's girlfriend speaks out
The girlfriend of Big Brother housemate Rex has told the Sunday Mirror how she feared for his safety after watching him confront Alex in the house.
Nicole Cammack told the paper she was terrified as she saw Alex - who was removed from the house last week for allegedly intimidating behaviour, and for suggesting she had threatening intentions on leaving the house.
"I watched Alex's threats with my mum," she said. "They were obviously directed at Rex. He was the only housemate who stood up to her."
The 25-year-old chef fell out with Alex over a cigarette lighter, and later on he went to Big Brother saying he felt intimidated by her behaviour.
"I am so proud of him for that and the way he dealt with that situation," Nicole said.
"It was horrible. I felt for his family but those threats were against me too. Maybe she's jealous. If I bumped into Alex I'd be worried."
Alex, who left the house last week, denied she had intimidated the other housemates when she was interviewed by Davina McCall on Friday night.
