Heather Mills has made complaints against three tabloid newspapers for 'inaccurate' stories and claims that they invaded her privacy.
According to a report by BBC News, Heather has lodged grievances against the Daily Express, Daily Mail and The Sun to the press watchdog, the Press Complaints Commission.
A PCC spokesman confirmed they have received 'complaints about various issues including privacy and accuracy', which they are currently investigating.
Heather, 40, also complained about free newspaper London Lite.
In May the former Dancing With the Stars hopeful was heavily criticised in the press during divorce proceedings from Sir Paul McCartney.
The High Court judge in the case ruled her evidence 'inconsistent, inaccurate' and 'less than candid', but she was eventually awarded a £24.3m settlement.
