Ramsay and Tana remain silent on affair reports

Gordon Ramsay and his wife Tana have remained silent over claims that the chef cheated with a 'professional mistress'.

Gordon has refused to comment on the claims that he has been seeing Sarah Symonds, an ex-PR girl from Newport, south Wales, since 2001.

According to reports in The Sun, the star of Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares and The F-Word left his £4million home in Wandsworth, South West London, at 3pm on Monday wearing a chef's jacket and refusing to answer questions.

Gordon, 42, also pulled out of an appearance on Channel 4’s Paul O’Grady show.

His wife of 12 years, Tana, has backed her husband and was seen taking her three children to school as normal. When asked how she was, she replied: "I'm fine, I'm good thanks."

However, her brother’s wife revealed the couple had been 'hit for six' by the claim. Adelaide Hutcheson told The Sun: "They told me that it’s simply not true and they will be fighting to prove that.

"Gordon loves Tana more than anything in the world and he is devastated by these stories."
