Justin plays the comical King's jester in The Tempest

Mr Tumble fans are in for a treat tonight as Justin Fletcher, the man behind the children’s TV favourite, is reading the CBeebies Bedtime Story – and later this month he’s playing a jester in The Tempest, also on CBeebies.

The 47 year-old star, who’s best known as Mr Tumble, is reading I Dare You Not to Yawn by Canadian writer Helen Boudreau, which has won a string of awards.

Justin will also be featuring as the comical King’s jester in The Tempest, which is being shown on CBeebies on Friday 30th March. Filmed in front of a live audience, it’s billed as “the perfect introduction to Shakespeare for families and pre-schoolers with original Shakespeare text, surrounded by magic, music and mischief. Ex Casualty star Patrick Robinson, who’s chatted to us about the show, stars as Prospero.

Meanwhile, Bedtime Story fans are in for more fun tomorrow as Coronation Street star Kym Marsh reads Zoe and Beans: Where is Binky Boo.

And Friday’s edition sees Strictly Come Dancing winner Ore Oduba reading Sports Day.
