Strictly's Rav blames phoneline mix-up

Rav Wilding has blamed a phoneline mix up as the reason he was booted off Strictly Come Dancing this weekend.
The Crimewatch presenter lost out in the dance off to Loose Woman Lynda Bellingham in this weekend’s show.
The Sun reports that Rav said: "Sorry for so many of you who say you tried to vote and couldn't get through. Maybe you would have saved me."
A source told the paper: "Rav was really upset. He'd given the show his all and expected to get further."
But a BBC spokesperson told The Sun: "The phonelines are carefully monitored on the night and independently verified.
"There no reported problems with lines for any of the contestants."
