Can Christine water-ski across the Channel? VIDEO

The One Show's Christine Bleakley is set to try and water-ski across the English Channel to raise money for Sports Relief.

Christine's not so confident she can do it: "This is the first day, I've only done 10-15 minutes and already I'm kackered and I'm thinking, 'Hang on a second, think of all the elements involved crossing the Channel...' It's just daunting."

Other celebs attempting challenges include rugby star Lawrence Dallaglio, who's cycling around the Six Nations, and Blue Peter’s Helen Skelton, who will try to become the first woman to kayak the Amazon river.

Make sure you tune in to BBC1 on Friday, March 19 to catch James Corden performing as Gavin and Stacey's Smithy alongside sport stars including Jensen Button plus special editions of Masterchef and Top Gear.

Frank Skinner will also be hosting a special edition of A Question of Sport Relief and two celebs will take on a Strictly Come Dancing challenge.
