Kirstie the subject of some serious mickey taking by the LLL crew!

Kirstie Allsopp has revealed that she’s being teased by the Location, Location, Location film crew over her decision to sometimes sit separately from her sons while flying.

The 46-year-old presenter had told The Sun over the weekend that she sometimes travels in business class while her children fly economy because she didn’t want to spoil Bay, 12, and 10-year-old Oscar.

Kirsty said: “If I’m going to spend money, it’s on the holiday itself rather than the flights.

“When we fly as a family, the boys do fly separately from Ben (partner Ben Andersen) and me if we’re not in economy together.”

This has clearly amused the film crew on Location, Location, Location. “Crew all rolling about very pleased with themselves about this,” said Kirstie as she Tweeted this picture.

Kirstie seems to be taking the mickey taking in good spirit and even bought some drinks for them, saying: “Our crew have had a tough day… taking the piss out of me mostly, so I’ve lined up some drinks for them.”

As she shot the latest series of Location, Location, Location in Blackpool with co-host Phil Spencer, she joked that she was a “shadow of my former self” after the hoo-ha surrounding her comments.

Kirstie has also defended her decision to sometimes sit in business while her kids are in economy, tweeting that: “My kids love the independence, the last thing they want is me saying “You can’t watch that 15 movie” or “I think that’s enough screen time, where’s your book?” They adore their plane binges.’

Location, Location, Location will return on C4.
