The former Coronation Street actress transforms herself into a tipsy and lusty Royal for an episode of Comedy Central's Drunk History

Here’s former  Coronation Street star Michelle Keegan as you’ve never seen her before. The glamorous actress, who shot to fame as Weatherfield’s Tina McIntyre  plays a tipsy and dishevelled Mary Queen Of Scots in tonight’s episode of Drunk History on Comedy Central.

Twenty-nine-year-old Our Girl actress, Michelle, who’s married to former Towie star, Mark Wright, will star alongside comedian  Katy Brand as Queen Elizabeth I  and Game of Thrones actor Joel Fry who plays double agent Gilbert Gifford.

Viewers will see Michelle’s lusty Mary follow the slurred instructions of Jessica Knappett (Drifters) and Lydia Rose Bewley as they attempt to retell the history of royal rivalry after downing a few too many drinks.

Pictures released ahead of the episode show Michelle  in traditional garb as she hides a cheeky smirk from the red-haired queen and another sees her slumped on a sumptuous purple velvet following a passionate romp as two men argue behind her.

Queen Michelle has had enough.

This it third series of Comedy Central’s show which sees a fresh host of TV stars retell favourite tales from the history books, while others act out the scenes word-for-word.

The nine episodes include appearances from Chris O’Dowd, Charlotte Crosby, Emma Bunton, Jamie Laing, Stephen Mangan and Russell Kane, while Jimmy Carr provides the voice-over.
