On their magical mystery bus, the celebs will travel to states where medicinal and recreational use has been legalised, meeting people who have experienced both the benefits and downsides of medical and recreational use.

Each of the stars has their own reasons for wanting to explore the subject and the three-part series follows them on a “journey of discovery.”

With marijuana having been reported to ease symptoms of arthritis, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis and several other conditions, there’s many who think its use should be legailsed in the UK. The celebs will weigh both sides of the issue, as there’s also evidence suggesting frequent and prolonged use can be detrimental to both mental and physical health.

Executive producer Ceri Jones said: “The legalisation of marijuana is a hot topic in Britain today, and I can’t think of a better bunch of people to investigate the subject for us. They will board the bus for a road trip like no other, leaving no stone unturned as they meet people who have experienced both the pros and cons of marijuana.”
