Australian TV entertainment star Rolf Harris was found not guilty of three charges, while the jury failed to return a verdict on four others and was discharged by the judge

Disgraced entertainer and TV personality Rolf Harris has been found not guilty of two charges of indecent assault and one of sexual assault.

The BBC reports that the jury also failed to return a verdict on four other counts at Southwark Crown Court after deliberating for a week.

Harris, 86, made no reaction when the not guilty verdicts were read out.

Judge Alistair McCreath discharged the jury from deliberating on the further four counts he was accused of.

Harris is currently in jail after a 2014 trial saw him convicted of 12 sex offences against four females, including a girl under 10.
