Lily Allen's little brother Alfie is to star in a new Casualty spin-off.
Three-part series Casualty 1907 takes viewers back 100 years to a hospital in London's East End, and will also star Cherie Lunghi and Sarah Smart.
The BBC One show will use real-life case notes, autopsy records and diaries to bring the era back to life.
The series will portray a world far removed from today - where life expectancy is just 45, and where one in seven children die by the age of five.
But there are plenty of modern-day worries affecting the cast of Casualty 1907 as well. Gangland rivalry is rife and fears about terrorism and security are on the increase.
Alfie, 20, who was immortalised in his singer sister's hit of the same name, is following in the footsteps of his actor dad, Keith.
He has already appeared in the film Elizabeth and later this year will appear on the big screen screen in Atonement with Keira Knightley.
Casualty 1907 will air this autumn.
