Casualty's Susan Cookson has revealed that she's hoping for a bit of romance for her hard-working doctor.
But the actress says she's not sure what the writers have in store for Maggie Coldwell - whether that's with Charlie, played by Derek Thompson, or another handsome stranger.
And she reveals she's also looking forward to some time away from Holby: "I seem to get tired quite a bit, but I think that's as the workload builds up. I'd rather have a storyline than not, and I am looking forward to our summer break."
The 42-year-old added that she's been relishing her character's tough storylines so far - especially the scenes with her on-screen father Stan, played by Jack Smethurst.
The actress has become one of the most popular members of the cast since she joined in 2005 - she had previously made several appearances in the show as character Julie Day from 1998-2000.
Casualty returns to BBC1 on Saturday September 8.
