Cautionary Tales

As the Bennet family prepare to go on the run from The Company, Mohinder and Bob devise a plan to kidnap Claire, and Elle is brought along to help. Mohinder calls Bennet to come to the false location, and when Bennet arrives, Mohinder forces him to drive off at gunpoint. Noah and West manage to disarm Mohinder, and take Elle hostage.

Bob tries to talk to Claire at school, prompting a suspicious Claire to run home. But Bob catches her, kidnaps her and ties her up. After Noah ties Elle up, Noah and West contact Bob to arrange a hostage exchange. The deal is done, but when Elle electrocutes Claire and West, Bennet shoots her and is about to kill Bob when Mohinder shoots Bennet in the eye.

Elsewhere, Hiro goes back in time to save his father, but accepts that he does not want to be saved and brings him back to the day of his death. However, before coming back to the present, Hiro time-freezes the murder and learns that Adam Monroe killed his father.

Later, in a Company holding cell, Bennet is revived with a transfusion of Claire's blood.
