Louis Walsh has been axed from ITV1's music drama Rock Rivals - because there was no time for him in the show.
The X Factor judge, 55, is no stranger to the chop after he also got booted off the ITV talent show last year by music mogul Simon Cowell, before being reinstated.
A spokeswoman for Rock Rivals said: "He didn't make the final cut. He did scenes with us, but it's a question of timing. As with all television drama, hours and hours of footage will be shot, but unfortunately not everything makes the final cut."
Rock Rivals, a fictional show which is based loosely on talent shows like The X Factor and Pop Idol, is due to hit our screens later this month.
It stars former Coronation Street actor Sean Gallagher, who played Paul Connor, and ex-EastEnder Michelle Collins as warring husband-and-wife TV judges Mal and Karina Faith.
And viewers will actually be able to vote for their favourites among the fictional acts who vie for the Faiths' backing.
