Feisty, passionate and driven, Jo always fought for what she believed in throughout the second series of The Apprentice – which often got her into trouble.
Jo was famously called a ‘bloody nutter’ by Sir Alan Sugar, who fired her in week six when she couldn’t talk her way out of things any more. Flame-haired Jo now runs – in her words – 'the UK’s most comprehensive diversity jobsite', urhired.co.uk, named after Sir Alan’s favourite catchphrase. She has also garnered a reputation as a lively media commentator and motivational speaker.
